This course is designed to help students become more efficient autonomous learners. The rich on-campus and on-line English learning resources will be introduced to students in class, and different methods of how they can utilize the resources to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be discussed in depth.
「英語自學之方法與應用」為一門3學分、半學年之選修課程，其目地在於幫助選修此課程之學生成為更有效之英語自學者。在每週3小時之課程中，大致上將以2小時的時間，帶領修課學生學習聽、說、讀、寫、考試類準備(Test Preparation)、及看電影學英文等各種自學英語之方法，另外1小時則是讓學生實際應用所學到之方法進行自學。
